New user to HMA Pro VPN. Works great . Easy user interface, and fast. I have tried over a dozen other secure surfing apps, and Pro VPN is the best I have come across.
Overall HMA is slow, it has alot of options for servers and a fair client. The support is useless and allmost nonexistant, also the Swedish VPN servers are shit since they report as a virtual service (Anonymous Proxy) form the provider so if you are after a geotagged swedish IP don’t get tricked.
If your are after hiding your Internet id HMA is ok, but if you want to watch videos/movies, tv or any visual content from other countries forget it, I’m into my third week of emails between me and HMA support. My speed before HMA connection (uk/usa server) is 16.33 after connection 0.43. I have yet to hear from one single client of HMA who’s speed is ok for visual content from uk/usa from any distance. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives – skyboy.

I’m using HMA PRO for over 2 years now and never had speed problems. I have to agree that while connected to VPN you may lose some speed, but not that much. I have 21mbps connection at home and when connected to HMA my speeds are in 16-18mbps range. All videos play without buffering etc. I think you have to contact your ISP, not HMA support

I bought one month subscription of this vpn provider and I am quite disappointed,neither openvpn nor L2TP worked for me ,while I have quite good experience with other famous brands with these protocols,support is horrible,and they simply don’t like to hear from you.the money back guarantee is not as they say ,and they simply do not answer your requests.I guess that immense number of servers in the world is not an indicator of the quality of service of a provider and it requires a certain amount of technical knowledge which in my opinion this company lacks.overall not recommended
